Trumeaux: All our frames (bases) are made, like in the past, in parqueted floor, with Norway’s pinetree (respect of the ecosystem + Top quality wood specific for making the best quality furniture and accessories), the carved sticks are made of wood too, the mouldings and ornaments are made in Maderina® with a specific process that makes them more resistant versus variations of temperatures (air-conditioning, central heating) and higrometrical variations (dry air, humidity, dampness, sea breeze…).
All the prices shown our On-Line-Catalogue, transactions and invoicing are in Euros – All taxes included- and the total amount of the items you order is in Ex Works (Valencia / Spain).
So, there is to add the shipping cost with insurance (in charge of the Custommer) by cliking your zone (TNT Europe or TNT USA):
The shipping cost is a set price, it stays the same from 1 to several pieces (no limit) to be sent:
10 Euros for European countries,
20 Euros for USA and the rest of the world.
Shipping cost + total of items = Total amount to be paid.

3…About paying conditions:
Once selected the items ant the delivery zone, the total amount to be paid (items+shipping) : Click on the “Paypal”link to know the options and paiement conditions.
As soon as Paypal (International Bank Account) advise us the reception of your transfer, your order is confirmed and we send you the corresponding invoice.
The decorative elements are added to the schedule and we start making the trumeau-mirrors as soon as we receive the transfer in our Paypal account.
a-Elaboration time :We usually need less than 1 weeks for the Maderina® decorative elements and mouldings.
b-Delivery time: For Europe and U.S.A, it takes approximatively a little week, in door to door.
For all the other countries in the world, please consult us for futher information.
In any case, expeditions / transport are in charge of the Custommer’s own risk, who has the choice to have the goods picked up with the transport company of his choise. He can also ask us to propose him a transport company, but, in both cases, New-Antique and David Jousselin may never be held liable for any reason whatsoever (delays, damage, total and partial losses). The Parties expressly agree that the carrier is the Customer's authorised agent. Therefore, the Customer shall be responsible for exercising all claims: We recommend you to write on the delivery voucher “under checking of the content”
and even better, verify immediatly while the delivery man is still there, and address the claims directly to the transport company. Delivery delays are on indication and no damage, interest, partial or full annulment of the order or refunding will be accepted and given
As soon as we received your full payment, we will send you, by e-mail, the corresponding invoice (as a confirmation of your order)and we elaborate your order.
